The stack changed — from LAMP and physical servers to React, Kubernetes, AWS. The client mix changed — fewer brochure sites, more internal tools, AI integrations, cloud migrations. The questions clients ask got harder, which is fine.技术栈变了 —— 从 LAMP 和物理服务器,换成了 React、Kubernetes、AWS。客户结构也变了 —— 简单官网少了,定制内部工具、AI 集成、上云迁移多了。客户问的问题越来越难,这挺好。
What didn't change: still three people, still fixed-price, still the founder picking up the phone.
